How It Works

Qualifying organizations receive technical training credits from Microsoft. Each training credit can be redeemed for one free day of training at Guidance. Credits are issued to you by your Software Assurance benefit coordinator in the form of an e-mail voucher and can be applied to any Official Microsoft Learning Product that Microsoft offers in a classroom environment through Guidance.

Information for the SA Customer - "Training Administrator" :

• First, access your Microsoft Volume Licensing website which relates to your License Agreement
• Then follow the steps to generate the voucher numbers. Download the document with instructions.

Information for the Course Booker or "Students" :

• First, use the Guidance course agenda to select your training on Microsoft Technologies.
• Then use the information for the "Training Administrator" to get your voucher numbers for the required amount of days.
• Finally, send a mail to CES@guidance.be including the voucher number, course number, course start date and do not forget to include the e-mail address corresponding to the voucher number
